Philippians 1:18, NIV: But what does it matter? The important
thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And
because of this I rejoice.
It seems now days that a person can buy a Bible in just about any color, binding, or
translation desired. The words within are
ancient. The message remains the same. Only the packaging has been changed. As I considered this, I wondered how much is done
for marketing, and how much is done with the intent to get the many Bibles into the hands
that desire it. Regardless, it still remains
true that its whats on the inside that counts.
And what is there beneath the packaging, still holds the deeper truths that
transform lives the same as they have for hundreds of years.
