Matthew 24:45-46, NIV: Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.

Are these precarious, or uncertain, times? The question may elicit a number of answers from a variety of people. And yet, there is an answer to that question that is not based upon opinion but upon the absolute Truth that is only found in God. And it is to God to whom we must look for that answer. That is, if we are willing. Are we willing to shake ourselves free of our personal desires for this life, and our perception of the world around us? Are we willing to seek Godís truth above a desired truth regarding how things are and how they will be? If so, we are on our way to understanding these times, whether or not they are uncertain or shaky, and what God intends to do in these times. The world may indeed be on shaky soil, in its last days, and getting closer to the final chapters before the Masters returns. Are we ready to lay aside all that we think, and truly seek to see how God sees, and be what God wants us to be? We are the Masterís servants. And we need to remember our place, and our purpose as servants as we await our Masterís return.
