Matthew 17:20, NIV: "...I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

Perhaps you have heard the old expression, "Don't make mountains out of molehills." Well, sometimes, what may have seemed like molehills take on the likeness of mountains. And sometimes, we are simply faced with mountains. But neither mountains nor molehills are too big for God, or too small for His consideration. When we imagine having a faith that moves mountains, the faith itself seems an impossible feat. How could we possibly have a faith that could move mountains? That kind of faith in God comes from Him. In order to have it, you must trust Him to provide it. In our humanity, it is easy for us to see that we face many situations with fear and anxiety. We can recognize that we are inadequate in ourselves to hold the kind of faith it takes to fear no mountain. But in Christ is perfect faith. And Christ in us can bring us the faith we need to remove any mountain--regardless of its size.
