Strange and Wonderful Ways

Jeremiah 33:3, NKJV: Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
A man loses his job. He begins, as most would, to find ways to help bring some income. Already having contemplated selling a possession beforehand, it now seems a good idea to follow through. He places an ad in the classifieds, and receives an offer the first day the ad runs. He sells the item to a couple new to the area. As events unfold, the couple is reached out to by the man and some people from his church. Before long, the couple comes to church, and then to the Lord. In the mind of the man who had lost his job, donít you think it was well worth losing his job, if by that, a chain of events would occur wherein others would come to know Christ? This kind of story is unfolding around us everyday. How wonderful for us if we learn to see God working in everything, and realize our hardships may be gateways to glorious opportunities, and great an mighty things we can not even begin to know.
